I have had my in home child care since April of 1995. That is also the year our family moved to Hillsboro. At the time, our daughter was 18 months old and I wanted to be able to stay home with her but needed an income. In ‘97 we had our son. Making the decision to do child care has been a blessing in my life. After our own children had grown and moved on with their own lives, I couldn’t think of anything I wanted to do more than to continue with child care. Not only being able to share in the lives of the children, but having their families become part of our family has been the true blessing.
